Epsom Salt – Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate
It is used in medicine for various treatments, mainly for low blood magnesium levels. It is widely used for Mineral baths commonly known as Epsom Salt – for soothing and recovery of muscle pain, soreness or injury. Used in Agriculture to supplement deficiency of Magnesium or sulfur content in soil & used for potted plants like Potatoes, Tomatoes, carrots, peppers, lemons, roses, etc. Solutions of Epsom Salt are almost pH neutral and hence does not change the pH of the soil.
